Spicy Marinated Pork with vegetables




Spicy Marinated Pork  with vegetables is one of foods we easily make with pork. It is not greasy at all, sweet and a little bit spicy. 

Ingredients: 600g pork, 500g bean sprouts, 300g mushrooms, 50g green onion
Seasonings: 3 tbsp red pepper paste, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp sesame oil

<How to cook>


Pour all seasoning into a big bowl and mix them evenly.



Put pork into a big pot, add the mixture of seasoning, and marinate pork for about 30 minutes. 




Wash bean sprouts cleanly.
Pour water enough to cover the bottom of the pot.
Add bean sprouts into the pot and boil until they are cooked.

Take out bean sprouts from the pot and rinse them in cold water.
Drain off the liquid of the bean sprouts.




Clean mushrooms and green onions cleanly.
Cut them into proper size.




Add prepared mushrooms and green onions into the pot
Heat it up on high heat and stir-fry pork and vegetables until pork is almost half done.




Add prepared bean sprouts into the pot and stir-fry until pork is cooked.
