Hoddeok is one of the most popular street snacks in Korea and you can easily find stalls selling it on the street especially during winter season. It is a pancake filled with sweet mixture of brown sugar and chopped peanuts. It can be also filled with various vegetables or glass noodles instead of sugar syrup.
