Bindaetteok is a Korean style pancake made
with grounded mung bean,
pork and Kimchi. It is commonly served with vinegared soy sauce.
It is a good Korean anju, a food consumed with alchol, when we drink makgeolli or dongdongju (Korean rice wine)
