As usual, Koreans cook the slices of pork belly (samgyupsal, 삼결살) without seasoning or marinating in large or in bite-sized pieces.
We can grill kimchi, onion, and mushrooms with samgyupsal together.
We dip a piece in the sesame oil sauce, or wrap a piece of samgyupsal with cooked kimchi, onion and ssamjang (the mixture of gochujang, doenjang, and other condiments) in leaf vegetables.
