Sirloin steak(Grilled Steak, Deng Shim Gui) is grilled the rear back portion of the beef which is tender and succulent.
Koreans roast the
pieces of thick and large steak without seasoning on a grill or pan and cut it
into bite-sized pieces when it is almost half cooked. We commonly dip a piece in
the sesame oil or eat with green
onion salad (파무침).
