Koreans
traditionally eat Tteokguk (Rice Cake Soup) on New Year’s Day.
It is made of sliced rice cakes in beef broth and garnish with fried egg
and dried laver. We also add mandu (Korean dumplings) to Tteokguk
for better taste.
