Black bean sauce rice (jajangbap)

Jajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles) is the most popular Korean style Chinese food in Korea. This is a consist of noodles topped a black sauce made of chunjang (a salty black soybean paste), meat, and various vegetables. We can make jaJang bap (rice) using rice instead of noodles with simple recipe.

Ingredients: 250g pork, 250g onion, 300g potato, 90g carrot,
jajang powder(100g), 3 1/2 cups  of water, 1tsp minced garlic, oil, 
ground black pepper 

Cut pork into proper size to eat and marinate pork in minced garlic and black pepper. 

Wash and peel onion, potato, and carrot, and cut the vegetables into proper size to eat.

Pour jajang powder into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water into the bowl. 
Mix them well to make black bean sauce. 
You can use chunjang (A black soybean paste) instead of black bean power 
(jajang powder).

Preheat the pan and oil
Stir-fry pork for 2 minutes.

Add the vegetables (onion, carrot, and potato) into the pan 
Stir-fry them for 2 minutes. 

Add black bean sauce into the pot and stir-fry for 1 minute. 

Add 3 cups of water into the pot.
Boil it on high heat until all ingredients are cooked. 

 Serve with rice.
