Boiled Beef Jeongol

Jeongol is a kind of stews in Korea cuisine.
It was originally a dish for upper-class Koreansand members of the royal court. There are many kinds of jeongol according to the mainingredients, such as tofu, beef, mandu, and mushroom Jeongol.

Beef jeongol usually contains sliced beef, mushrooms, and various vegetables, and it is boiled with beef broth.  We can dip some pieces of boiled beef in a sauce.
